According to the type of product purchased;
Products purchased through online payment (Credit and Debit card) are forwarded to cargo or carriers within 3-5 days of the Standard shipment period during working days.
This period is the time of the product to exit our warehouse.
Our company cannot be held responsible for delays caused by cargo companies. Our company tries all ways suitable for easy transportation by providing communication between Cargo-Customer with the principle of improving service quality.
In the case of purchases made via wire transfer, the payment is forwarded to the cargo within 1-3 business days following the transfer of the payment to our accounts.
The purchased product is delivered to the address according to the information given by the customer. If the customer cannot be reached after this visit, the package is transferred to the SHIPPING CENTER and the customer is informed by all communication channels.
After this process, the package is taken by the customer from BRANCH/CENTER. In case the customer requests delivery to the address, the company reserves the right to charge the fee and this fee is paid by the customer.

However, the packages which are in the delivery stage before the holidays can be delivered by the cargo companies. This may not apply to all countries.

You will receive a referral fee. If you send your cargo refund as a "SELLER", the departure fee and the return fee will be deducted from the refund.

Performing all these procedures applies to cases where your order is not delivered. If the Package has been shipped and is in the delivery phase, no changes can be made. You must do this with the tracking code transmitted to the Shipping company.
